House Rules
1. It is a contravention of our rules to accommodate more people in a flat other than the number BOOKED for.
2 Bedroom flat maximum 6 people, including children
3 Bedroom flat maximum 8 people, including children
2. Check your inventory within one hour of arrival. Discrepancies not reported immediately will under no circumstances
be entertained.
3. NO SMOKING allowed inside the flats.
4. NO washing or towels are permitted to hang over balconies, out of windows or to be draped over garden furniture.
Clothes horse is provided.
5. Please do not rinse of any sand in the baths and showers.
6. Ironing board and iron can be hired for R15.00 per day. Enquire at Management.
7. Please keep fellow holiday residents in mind regarding the volume of the TV, radio, etc.
8. Should unnecessary soiling occur during your occupancy to any of the curtains, mattresses, bedding, etc,
you will be charged accordingly for the laundering expenses.
9. Problems with your TV must be reported immediately.
10. In the event of an early departure previous arrangements must be made.
11. Water and electricity is an essential commodity. PLEASE HELP US IN OUR ATTEMPT TO SAVE IT.
12. Accommodation are from 14:00 on arrival and 10:00 on departure date. In the event of you LEAVING LATER
THAN 10:00 you will be held responsible for an extra day's rental. On departure tenants are required to
leave the unit as they received it, if not, a cleaning fee of R200.00 will be charged and deducted
from the breakage deposit.
13. Linen will be changed every 6 days.
14. Flats will be serviced daily - except on Sundays and Public Holidays, when only refuse bins will be emptied.
NO washing of dishes are done by the cleaners.
15. Washing of motor vehicles are permitted on premises.
16. Management and personnel can not be held responsible for any damage or loss to valuable items/fire arms etc.
These items can be held in a safe on the premises at own risk.
17. No refunds will be made if you decide to depart earlier than the booked period or in the event that you are asked
to leave the premises.

right to:-
a) cancel accommodation should the conditions stipulated above not be adhered to;
b) to revise tariffs for accommodation without prior notice.
19. NO furniture to be moved or removed without permission from Management.
20. The Management and Personnel of Artuo Flats will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to motor vehicles.
Parking at own risk.
21. A deposit is required for keys, breakage, remotes etc and will be refunded into your bank account
after departure - minus any losses.
